Why does my Heart rate monitor only work on dominant wrist, irrespective of which wrist I choose on device settings?

Nope. I'm asking a question specifically why my charge 3 heart rate works on one wrist but not on the other. My old charge 2 worked on my non dominant wrist, but my charge 3 doesn't. Let me know what you think 🤔
