Hi, 

 

Today I found out my Charge 2 screen is cracked after I came back from shopping. 

Is it possible to have it fixed or replaced? 

I hope someone can help me! 
I can't miss my fitbit, have had it for almost 2 years and wear it every day!

Hope to hear from somebody soon!

I will assist you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. As @SunsetRunner explained the screen isn't replaceable but you can let our Support team know so they can see what options you may have. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?

The Charge 2 screen can not be repaired or replaced.
