Help with charging my Fitbit Charge 3

This is my 3rd fitbit and it won't charge. I have tried a reset but it just shows an empty battery symbol and doesn't buzz when I connect it to the charger.  I have tried my other two chargers also.  I can see one of the 3 gold dots at the back looks worn out but I only bought this 16 months ago.  I am so disappointed again! 😞

Thanks for this, I have completed all of these steps and nothing works. I can see that one of the dots is barely visible. I live in a really hot humid place and I think it has been the sweat but this is my second one that this has happened to. I just wish it was a better design - the charging dots should be thicker, this watch only gets charged ever three weeks roughy so it is lucky if it has been charged 25 to thirty times. Poor quality
