Hourly Activity Goal on Charge 3 doesn't match tile in Fitbit app

Two days in a row I have been meeting the hourly step goal.  The phone synchs with my fitbit charge 3.  Then it just deletes an hour. I tried to delete it as followed on my phone to see if it would re-synch with the charge 3 and now cannot add it back

In regards to add back the specific Hourly Activity Goal, at this moment there's no way to re-add the hourly activity you deleted.

Are there any plans to fix the issue or to make re-adding the icon possible?  My charge 2 has a cracked screen and never deleted hours regardless of the iOS version

I am having same problem with watch showing I hit 10hrs of 250 steps but when synchronised it drops 1 or more hours. Has this been fixed?
