I don't remember if I have a charge 2 or 3 - is there any way to find out and than ask a question.

Hello @BILLFK46. Welcome to the community forums!

Regarding your question, if you have your Fitbit device paired to a Fitbit account, please follow the steps below to find out which Fitbit device you have:

  • Open the Fitbit App.
  • Tap on your account icon/profile picture.
  • The top device that appears on the screen is the one paired to your Fitbit account. There will be a picture and the model name and number next to it.

Also, note that the Charge 3 looks like in the picture below:

Amazon.com: Fitbit Charge 3 Fitness Activity Tracker, Graphite/Black, One Size (S and L Bands Included): Health & Personal Care

The Fitbit Charge 2 looks like in the picture below and the button design is different than the Charge 3:

101 Guide for Fitbit Charge 2

Also, note that you can post your questions in this thread or create a new one.

Hope this helps.
