Hi @Lowcam, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding your question, I'm afraid that there is no way to retrieve something that has been deleted since the logged data is also removed from our interface once the deletion is confirmed by the user.

I'll be around if any question arises.

That's untrue. If you go to the ONLINE dashboard NOT app and enter the times manually it should repopulate it. Granted it's better if you know roughly what the times were you deleted. It might be helpful to look at the steps although that's not that exact nor that accurate since steps can be logged by moving around (annoyingly.) But you should be able to figure it out. I've also done this to past sleep logs that have incorrectly tracked. To get a more accurate time you can do a rough guess look at the sleep data of when you're clearly awake and adjust accordingly. It's very important to remember this has to be on the Online dashboard. The app will only give you the basic information.

Note: these are not possible but should be standard features

-Verification of deletion before it deletes of ANYTHING on the app like there is online

-Allow any time period to be entered not just 24hr. (Like for those with narcolepsy or on medication or just sick)

-Add time zones as a basic function so it can be applied to all tiles automatically

-To easily remove "Sleep steps" within the sleep section instead of having to manually delete them from the steps tile. Or a toggle "Do not track steps during sleep" to turn off and on (in case someone sleep walks)
