How do I Change Clock Faces on Charge 3?

I just read through the entire Charge 3 Manual and there is no section in there on clock faces. Does the charge 3 have more than just one clock face? If it has different faces, does anyone know what they are? I was surprised there was not section in the manual on changing clock faces. Thanks

The clock faces no longer appears on my dashboard (since the last update) so I cannot change the time display.  How do I get the Clock Faces back to my laptop's dashboard?

I have never been able to get the clock faces to work with my laptop (a MacPro). I eventually discovered I could access them from my iPad, and since then only do such adjustments on my iPad, which is a nuisance but it works. Syncing only occasionally works with my laptop, so I usually also use the iPad for that.

Thanks, I finally found the clock faces on my Android phone app and was able to adjust there.

I went to the app on my Android phone and clicked on the little wristband
icon on the upper right hand side of the home screen. That takes you to a
screen summary of Charge 3. There is a box titled Clock Faces which you
can select, choose All Clocks and then pick the one you like.

Hello, I tried changing my clock face on the Charge 3 a few weeks ago but somewhere down the line it never finished completing the download and I've had a clock error on the screen since that day, it says goto the fitbit app and try another clock. When  go to the app and try to go choose another clock face it doesnt allow me to. Has anyone found a workaround for this?

Ive had the same problem here with the change clock on the charge 3. Did you find a solution?

What do you do if there is no "Change Clockface" button on that screen. It only shows the Analog stat face which I'm using now. Below that name is Fitbit and Selected, but neither are tappable.

Any advice?

When I click on the battery symbol on the main page it takes me to the page
with a large button for clock faces (Android phone). I click on this
button which takes me to a page showing the clock face I am currently using
and a tab for All Clocks. When I tap on All Clocks I get a variety of
options. I click on the one I want and it updates my choices. The only
other advice I can offer is ensure your app is up to date as well as your
phone's operating system. Good luck!

In iOS, it's a selector at the top of the screen that toggles between
current face and available faces. Of course I found it immediately after
leaving the site. Thanks for the help.

My Fitbit vibrated, then changed my clock face. When I went to Settings, the Clock Faces option was no longer there. I have changed my clock face before, so I knew how to do it. Thanks Fitbit for randomly changing things to not this user’s benefit 🙁

On your app choose the icon with the battery status ((.)) as opposed to the
other option. This takes you to the Charge 3 screen where you will find
the clock faces. Select it and the one currently being used and all clock
faces options will be there.

Hope it works for you. Mine is on an android version.
