How do I access stop watch?

Sometimes the stopwatch pops up at randam.  How do I access it on a regular basis?

On your charge 4 when you swipe the clock face you'll see the Stopwatch/Timer app. Tap on it and swipe the display to select the feature needed. 

Tap again to select your choice.

I am able to access the timers. Unfortunately, I am unable to leave them.
I can't get back to the main menu, like time, heartbeat, etc. They have
pause buttons but no stop buttons. Last night I used a timer to go for a
minute on my slant board. Usually, the problem resolves itself overnight,
but not this night. How do I escape this capture of my Charger 4?

You are correct. The timer on the Charge 4 can only run (play button), stop (pause button) and being reset (reset button)

Once you have stopped the time. press the button on the Charge 4. this should get you back to the menu. 

If this doesn't work, try restarting the Charge 4
