  2. Tap Clock Faces  > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.

I can't find the Account icon, where is it?

It depends on whether your phone app has updated to the new design recently. If it hasn't then on the top right of the dashboard you'll see what looks like an ID card - that's the account icon.

If you are on the new design app then on the main "Today" page, select your profile picture at the top left of the display and then select your tracker from the device list. You should then see the option for clocks.

ok. Let's go back to the beginning.

Can I confirm that you are using the fitbit app on a phone rather than the fitbit dashboard on the web?

Are you on the new design of app as shown in this help file: Help article: What’s the new Fitbit app experience? or are you on the previous design that's been around for the last couple of years.

Knowing those things might make it easier to help
