I have the Fitbit app on my phone. When I go to clock faces there are 4 options but nothing happens when I select the one I want to change to.

Have you synced since you selected the new watch? It needs to sync to copy across the new clock to your Charge 3.

If you want to change the clock face that your Charge 3 has, I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

I did everything the directions say to do and I have synced but I can't get the app to respond when I select the clock face that I want- it just keeps spinning and never allows me to complete the change or offer the option.
