Everyday I get notifications telling me that either I need a certain amount of steps to reach my goal, or that I'm an over achiever with so many steps above my daily goal. That's great, however I now have 198 notifications showing. How can I delete all these older ones? Thanks!

Hi, I have my notficatiions turned off so I'm not getting new ones. However, the ones dating back to March are still there taking up space. I would love to know how to delete them.
This forum is about the Charge 2 hardware ,what screen are you refferring to @Markandeyarishi?
Im also not sure what data your asking to clear?
Best AnswerI see people mentioning notifications on the Charge 2 and Alta, neither unit saves any notifications, and only gives 60 seconds to view them.
Is it really the notifications on the t4acker or are you refferring to the app? Which has nothing to do with the tracker.
I do have three notifacations on the comunity of the app, the oldest is 25 days.

Best AnswerCorrect. FitBit explanation is that they delete themselves after 60 days. I still have "notifications" on my phone from February. No one has figured out how to delete them. I'd rather use my phone space for other things.
Best AnswerI have a Charge 2. I want to delete the notifications that tell you how many steps you need to reach your goal for that day. I have turned notifications off so I am not receiving any now. However, I have old notifications dating back to March taking up space in my phone and I would like them deleted.

Best AnswerI want to delete my notifications, but haven't found a way. I read your response that they fall off after 30 days, but mine don't. They go back almost 5 months. It's packing way too much storage on my iphone. How can I fix this?

That turns them off. That doesn't erase them.

Best AnswerIf you turn off notifications you will not get the buzz telling you it is time for your 250 steps.
Best AnswerSeems fitbit has finally fixed this on IPhone app anyway ....got a message on the app that it was doing a cleanup and all old notifications magically got deleted ....everything older than August 10th was deleted
