Everyday I get notifications telling me that either I need a certain amount of steps to reach my goal, or that I'm an over achiever with so many steps above my daily goal. That's great, however I now have 198 notifications showing. How can I delete all these older ones? Thanks!

Thank you! I kinda figured I wouldn't be able to fix it so I stopped all notifications. At least I will not get any more. Thinking about a new fitness tracker, another brand, because this annoys me so much.

Hi.. I have 3 notifications that are 6 months to a year old and they won't go away. How do I delete them? I have reset my Charge 3 and still no luck.

So today I logged into Fitbit. I’ve posted on here several times about this horrific issue that’s so stupid where you can’t delete notifications and messages. Notifications were the same. But I about flipped out when I saw that there is an arrow on the messages now and if you hold down on the message for a second or two it actually gives you the option to delete. I absolutely flipped out! I mean, this Hass to be too good to be true, right? Well I was right , too good to be true. So messages you can now delete individually, but only one at a time. And get this, are you ready for this? You can delete the message, but the name still shows up in the message box with no conversation! You cannot get rid of the name of the person who sent the message. AND even with all messages deleted, if only one message was in inbox, by that person, the message shows where name is displayed. Even though it’s deleted!! 😡😡😡 mind boggling, the stupidity and ineptitude of these ppl!!!

This is bad, but what is even worse is that Fitbit can’t add up its own sleep statistics. The graphs of times asleep and restless virtually never agree with the summary statistics of these same variables. Therefore, the actual hours asleep are just about always wrong. It’s one thing to track sleep inaccurately, it’s hard and some errors will occur, but it’s something much worse to not be able to even added up your own data correctly.

@Glaciertrekk @Bobmarybart @Joe_Cool_56 @Mjford1 I am an iOS user. I discovered that I could delete these old Messages and Notifications by doing a left swipe. All of a sudden, I found a Delete option. All gone!
