How do I display my current and Resting HR underneath the Rate text in the App?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 3 APP displays my resting heart rate on the main app display.

My partner's charge 3 app displays her current heart rate with her resting heart rate in smaller letters underneath the current rate text.

-

How do I get mine to display both rates as my partner's does ?

-

PS:  I have checked and my charge 3 app (android) is up to date.

Hello @MrFredBloggs. It's great to see you around.

Thank you for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed to confirm that your Fitbit App is up to date. At this time, I'd recommend reviewing the following thread that contains information regarding a similar topic.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, while the thread @WilsonFitbit pointed me to may sound similar - it is not: it's a completely different problem.

So once again ...... how do I switch my HeartBeat display on the main page of the Android APP from Resting Heart Rate to Actual/Present Heart Rate.

(which also shows RHR underneath in smaller font).

My partner's identical fitbit / android app combination displays Actual/Present Heart Rate on the App, while mine shows Resting Heart Rate ... which is much less useful - hence my frustration in getting this changed.

@MrFredBloggs Thank you for your reply.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for the extra details and for taking the time to read the thread that I shared above. While I appreciate the information you've provided, I'd like to ask if there is any chance you can send a screenshot showing how your Heart Rate is displayed. This way we can take a further look at this and get back to you with correct information. To learn about how to attach an image or screenshot, please check here

In the meantime, for more information about Heart Rate, please check: How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?

I look forward to your response.
