Just got my Charge 3. It appears I have the new dashboard and cannot find the + to set an alarm. How do I do this?

Hello and welcome to the forums @DaveC53
I have Android and you didn't mention what you had, but here is how I set an alarm on the new dashboard. From the app, tap on your device. The setting for the alarm can be found by scrolling part way down. Set as usual If you have iOS or Windows, it may be slightly different.
Which platform do you have? Let us know, so your post may be moved where you will get the best responses.

Hey @Addsdf123, it's great to welcome you!
If you want to set a silent alarm, you just need to do the following:
Let me know if you need anything else. ![]()
Finally found it. This is stupid design. Very annoying. Why did this important function have to be so hidden? I am not pleased with the new interface. Register a -1 for me. :(
Thank you! I was searching everywhere for the alarm.
Easy straightforward answer! ☺
Best AnswerI have a Charge3. I tried then canceled my fitbit premium and upgraded app\firmware (ver.28.20001.88.11) to latest versions.
I no longer show silent alarm. I no longer can set alarm via Android Galaxy s10 App.
Please advise!
I open Fitbit App
Click upper left corner\my image
Under Devices, click on Charge3
Under General, just shows:
- Notifications
- Reminders to Move
- Main Goal
- Wrist Placement
- Exercise Shortcuts
PLEASE HELP....
You can now find alarms on the device. Not via the app
Best Answerwhen you say device do you the Charge 3 itself or the device icon on the dashboard?
Best AnswerI finally found it out. Swipe to the left until you get to alarms to set silent alarm. The other answer was right, no longer on app. Now does anyone know how to turn back on the feature with the wrist tilt to your face that the time shows?
The Fitbit device doesn't give me the option to have the alarms repeat. Will they automatically repeat each day until I delete them or do I need to reset them each day?
Best AnswerHoly Crap, Fitbit is like the dumbest most unintuitive company ever. Spent 30-40mins last night updating in hopes of basic Improvements only to find that my silence alarms I use every morning to wake are gone typical.
This feature has been buried and then buried again until it's been removed from the app. This is absolutely baffling. I use this feature constantly and visualizing alarms on the Charge 3 is not ideal. I would guess that it's in my list of top 3 features used.
Aside from removing this feature, my Charge 3 still remembers my previous alarms set via the app. For instance, my silent alarm went off at 6 am this morning when my Charge 3 only shows one alarm set for 7 am (the one I had to add after the update last night).
Dear Fitbit/Google, please add this feature back to the mobile app. I'd love to see the customer data around the usage of this feature but I can't imagine it's telling you that nobody uses it on Charge 3's.
