This is so true. Go basic. The new ones are pretty but they add too many features and besides being confusing it makes them more prone to malfunction. Husband threatening to get me a Jitterbug phone!

@amtojsingh88OMG thank you so much. I just kept swiping and swiping on the side with the sensor and finally the FINISH icon came up and I could stop it. None of the other suggestions worked for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hi, first of all I'd like to say that its not a button t
Its not a button at all, its more of a notch & didn't even notice it. Had charge 3 for 2 weeks & its a total nightmare, versa easier to use. Needs a real overhaul because not user friendly at all. You should be able l e to touch the screen to stop running mode etc, no fiddle pressing the side then pressing the screen to stop then again to record. Not sure who desined but wants to try using it sometime

Thanks for this info! It's crazy not to be able to end an exercise.

Thank you OldBob!! I had to connect mine to the charger then stab the indented "Button" rapidly and was able to get to the prompt where I could stop the exercise that I never wanted to start in the first place! This device (Charge 3) is not user friendly or intuitive. This is coming from an IT person.
😁
Thanks again,
BL

Thank you for this advice. Ive been googling ways to stop whatever timer is running on my watch and this is the first time i have seen anybody say to tap the side buttons twice quickly!! Immediately the finish button came up and I could cancel it! Ive been doing some kind of exercise for nearly 15 hours now lol. As you mentioned its a shame that fitbit cant just give that simple piece of info out!! Thank you for your help OldBob3301
