How do I turn off DND settings on Charge 4?

Hi, could you please advise how I can turn off my DND. I keep missing calls.

I have done it all! Rebooted etc. Turned off sleep (might have been an oversight!) received a buzz to say I hit daily target but no other notification.

Hi, @StephFishStar, welcome. If you have received a notification this may indicate your notification settings in your phone app need reviewing and adjusting. Touch your icon in the top left corner of the today screen on your phone app>Charge 4 tile>notifications. Ensure the slider on the right is in the "on" position, touch each heading in turn to set the source and the slider in the "on" position. Return to the today screen and sync.

I haven't been able to turn off DND since the update this past weekend.  Is there any other way to turn it off?  I haven't found any.

After the last update I cannot turn off DND.  I have rebooted the device twice.  Any fix for this out there?

Hi, @Godo1960, allowing you have tried the "reboot" and are not experiencing any other identified malfunctions I suggest you talk to "Customer Support" here, I recommend you use the "Chat" facility or phone for a prompt response. Good luck.

Hi @Gr4ndp4 really confused with DND. I want to receive exercise notifications, for some reason they have stopped! When I hold for DND should it be greyed out or have the white circle with line in the middle? When greyed out and I then go to settings, DND says off but then exercise notifications are greyed out but does say on. HELP!!! please

Hi, @Girlscanat50, When the DND icon is greyed out it is off. If you swipe left to "Settings" and then up and touch DND, you should see "DND Off".

Swipe up again to "Active Zone Minute's notifications". To toggle between off & on touch this icon. Explore other notifications in the Fitbit App on your phone.

It doesn't work. DND keeps turning itself on when I have turned it off. Is there no other way to switch it off permanently? I keep missing my notifications to move when I get busy at work - sometimes I have only a few steps left to hit 250. It's really very annoying.

Hi, @EdwinKW, welcome to the community. May I suggest you check your sleep settings? If "Sleep" is on it disables notifications, screen wake, and dims the screen. You should also check your "Sleep schedule" settings as this is what may be engaging and disengaging your "notifications". See pages 18/19 in the manual.  This article may also shed some light on your problem How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

My Fitbit is dim, doesn’t respond when I tap it, and doesn’t alert me with my iPhone functions. I thought it was in DDD mode, but that isn’t the solution.

This answer to the dnd turning on does not work for me. I followed this answer to turn DND off, them check it and send is back on. This cycle keeps repeating. How can I permanently turn dnd off?

I have the exact same problem and have tried all the suggestions but DND remains on.  Did you solve this issue?  It is extremely frustrating.
