How do I turn off heart rate zones alerts?

Hi, for some reason my Charge 4 has decided to start telling me when it recognizes cardio / fat burn - whilst i am in the middle of exercising. I don't want it to do this please can someone tell me how to turn this feature off completely.

Are you talking about the heart rate zone alerts? If so, I recommend on your Charge 4, open the Settings app, swipe down and tap Heart Zone Alerts.

Yes! Brilliant thank you, I’d not seen that setting and had been searching around the phone app. I’ve not goBe for a run yet to test it but that definitely looks like what was popping up - thanks!

I actually have the reverse of this issue, I would ordinarily receive a buzzing notification during my exercise when I reach 'fat burn' or 'cardio'; I prefer when it is switched on but in the last week it hasn't been doing this.  I have already checked in the settings and it is still set to 'on'.  Can you urgently advise please?

I want my heart rate turned on I just don't want the Cardio, fat burn buzzing every time I walk.  If you do as instructed above your have no heartbeat.  It used to work great but the last update has screwed many things up.  Had to restart it and of course nothing is as it was.  Very frustrating.
