I've had my Charge 2 for approx 18months. In that time I've had to remove & reload the app a few dozen times and use a link Fitbit sent me. I did this again yesterday but this time, even though the initial instructions are in English the tracking screen on my laptop that gives you the option to sync is all in Chinese. My main web page is still in English. How on earth do I change it to English? I have done nothing different to the other few dozen times I used the same link. If there's a new link can someone please send it to me. I'm on a Mac.

Thanks. I'd already found that . I sue fitbit on my laptop. There is no account icon on my dashboard so I went into settings but there was no auto select country & I had already checked my country. My website dashboard is in English, it's the app that pops a screen up on the laptop with the 3 options incl sync that is in Chinese. My computer does have Chinese as an optional language as my son needs it for school but it's set to English & has never installed anything else in Chinese.
