I'm giving my old Fitbit charge 2 to a friend and I'm to delete my data first. I cannot find how to do this, I know I can reset by holding in the button for 10 secs. I've checked out a You Tube video and its saying to log on to the Fitbit website but that's no longer possible. Can anyone help please?

Hi @Terik2. The Charge 2 is an older model that doesn't have a delete user data option. It only tracks very basic data and only stores 30 days of data. It doesn't support contactless payment, so it doesn't store sensitive information. You don't say whether you are using a newer model or not, but I want to share some information that other current Charge 2 users are sharing.
The Charge 2 is a legacy device that was discontinued in 2018. Your friend might be disappointed with it.
