My health plan no longer covers the Motion application. I'd like to get it off of my Fitbit, but I am unable to uncheck United Healthcare from my Menu Items in the Fitbit app on mu iPhone. I can check and uncheck all the other menu items, just not the United Healthcare one.

I am no longer with the company that had uhc, I’ve tried resetting and revoking access but it’s still there, please let me know how to remove it.

@Ethanmil Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear that you can't remove the UHC app from your Charge 2 and for the delay in my response. Please remove the tracker from your account (tap the tracker's icon then the trashcan icon, the set it up again and restart it.

Hello-- I have tried revoking access, removing the device and setting it up again, restarting it, and I have tried contacting UHC, but the FIT screen is still showing on my Fitbit. Can someone from support email me to remove it as they have done for the other users on this thread?

Hi there! I was searching old threads to see if I could find a solution; I can’t get the UHC motion off my Fitbit. I called UHC motion and they disabled my account, I have revoked access and I am still unable to unselect it to remove it from my Fitbit. Could support please help or attempt to get it removed? Thanks so much!

@AlvaroFitbit I am having the same issue with my Fitbit Charge 3. I have contacted UHC support to be removed from the program and have them remove the app from my device. I received a reply from UHC letting me know they have taken care of it and when I sync my Fitbit again the app will be removed. I did sync it but the app is still there. I have tried rebooting my Fitbit, removing the Charge 3 from my account and then adding it again, but the UHC Motion app is still on my Fitbit. Can you please help escalate this to the correct person to have it removed from my Fitbit Charge 3?

Still stuck with it on my Fitbit too. Thinking of just getting a whole new fitness tracker. Probably going with Samsung or Garmin. Tired of dealing with this UHC app on my tracker and no one helping.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

How did you get them to do anything? When I called they just told me to call United Health Care and didn't even try to help me at all.

@AlvaroFitbit I'm having the exact same issue with my Inspire HR. I've tried contacting fitbit support but they keep telling me to contact UHC and to do things I have already done.
Can you please escalate my issue to the right support team please.

I'm having the same issue. I've cleared my user data, restarted the device, revoked access. It's like a cockroach! I would appreciate it if some of the people that have resolved the issue would actually post the steps to resolve...

After bugging unitedhealthcaremotion@uhc.com, I got this response, which resulted in the removal of the app from my Fitbit Charge 4. Now I'm trying to get them to do the same thing for my wife's Fitbit Charge 4.....

Are you able to remove it from a charge 4 too? Other support options have not offered to help. I’ve reached out to UHC to try and get help from them, too.
