How to stop 'time to sleep; notifications on my Charge 2?

My charge 2 keeps waking me up at 12:30am and 1am every night telling me "it's time to go to bed". I'm already asleep, and it keeps doing this on a nightly basis! How do I make this stop? I can't find a way to do so at all, and I have to get up at 7am.

@Avrakadeaver you need to disable, or edit your sleep schedule. Fitbit will spend a reminder based on the tone fitbit was told that the user wants to go to sleep.

This still doesn't resolve the issue. My sleep schedule is not set and the bedtime reminder is turned off. I still get a notification on my phone to go to bed at 10pm every night. This randomly started happening a couple months ago, I have never setup anything for sleep and do not wear my fitbit to bed. This is for the ios app, current version 3.52.1 (1084).
