I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit charge 2 to my Mobile which is a Samsung Galaxy A40 and just wondering do you know how to
I've got the new up to date Samsung I got the Samsung Galaxy A40 and its not on the list and when it will be on the list
Best AnswerI have a Samsung AE20 which was compatible before the most recent software update and worked fine but is now not on the list so my Charge 2 no longer syncs correctly.and I can't map walks or receive notifications
I reported this over a month ago but have not had any response from the Company as to when this issue will be resolved.
I would appreciate if a moderator could respond to me.
