I can't setup my replacement Charge 2

Hello I received Charge 2 replacement (pebble). I'm trying to setup it from my Fitbit application but it can't find bluetooth signal from pebble. Pebble is turned on. I try to restart my phone but it did not help. Can you please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for all answers.

Join the club! Hundreds of us in the same position. We think it’s the firmware that’s the problem. Post on Facebook or twitter and someone will tell you the are sorry and their technicians are working on it.

 

Its been over five weeks for some and others have had second and third replacements sent out with exactly the same problem.
