Installing New Band on Charge 2

I purchase two new bands for Christmas and I can't install them in my Charge 2.  I can remove the old one but the new one wont fit. It looks different than the Charge 2 band I have now. It doesn't have the metal tab to push to remove the band. It's all the same material. Did I purchase the wrong one?

Yes, I purchased the two bands through your website (FITBIT).

Thanks for your response @EddieB2. So, you mentioned that  your wristbands don't have the metal tab to push to remove the band, right? Could you please post a picture so I can take a look? If it seems to be an issue with the bands, I will escalate your case with our Support team on your behalf.
