Is there a way to refresh my Cardio fitness score?
Last year I was very active and my cardio fitness score was 39. Over Christmas I gained weight and stopped exercising for approx 6 weeks and my score dropped to 32.
I now run 2 -3 times per week & do at least 3 exercise classes per week. I also walk for 30 minutes 5-7 mornings & do a longer walk hike at least once a week.
I have lost all the weight i gained plus a few more pounds and my resting heartbeat has dropped from 59 to 46 but the cardio fitness score hasn't changed at all.
