Is there another way to verify my card?

I am trying to verify my card that has been added to my wallet. I get 2 options for verification: SMS and email. The SMS takes too long to come through (it takes several minutes, and the code has expired by the time I get the SMS) and the email never comes through (the email option says "Enter the code sent to yes" instead of my email address). Is there another way to verify my card?

I managed to get the verification message through my online banking, which was almost instant, as opposed to the SMS which took too long. All up and running now.

Thanks

A warm welcome to the Community @Slidewinder.

Regarding your inquiry, those two options are the only ones to add your cards. At the moment of adding them, I recommend verifying that you have a strong internet connection.

To me it helped that I added my card to Google Pay first, because that require bank to identify my card via their code app. After it was verified that way, Fitbit recognized it as verified as well.

Hi, can ask how you did it exactly. I can't get sms either, do I just need to go into my bank account and do something?

Many thanks.
