Hello, I'm trying to set up my son's Charge 2 on his own phone. Since he's a minor, it will not let me set it up normally and says I have to link it to an adult account. When I did that and added him to the family, when I go to had his Charge 2, it does not show that device and only shows an Ace or Ace 2 model. Any help on this one? Thanks.

@BigBob12   If you are in the US, a child must be 13 or older to have his/her own account.  The only trackers that can be on a Family Account are the Ace/Ace 2.  Frustrating, I know.  It boils down to how Fitbit collects/stores data and internet privacy laws.

 

I'm sorry, but I have nothing else to help you except to let you know about this Feature Suggestion.
