Latest firmware version of Fitbit Charge 4 ?

Hi Can anyone tell me what’s the latest firmware version of Fitbit Charge 4 currently ? Just got my Chargé 4 today and having trouble using it, like the weather app is not functioning, and I can’t access to settings on the Charge 4, it kind of freeze and not responding at all. Hope I can find some answers here.

Did you get your charge 4 updated eventually ? I just got mine few days ago and having the same issue with update

If you just got it today, you will probably get a firmware update within a few days to get you up to current version.  That is usual with new devices.

For the past few days, i have received at least 6 times firmware update pushing from fitbit with the exact same version firmware of 1.96.29. And without knowing what version it was, I installed the update every single time and ended up finding they were actually the same firmware and it is not even the latest version, so tell me fitbit, is this some kind of joke to you ? You are wasted my time for nothing!

One possibility: it never got fully installed.  Check the firmware version # on watch to see if it does say 1.96.29

I did, that's why i knew it's the same firmware. I followed the instruction and maked sure it's fully installed every single time. This is frustrating.
