Since the update could not sync with app, tried phone reboot no change, uninstalled App, tried to reinstall, would not install. Installed app on my wife's phone was able to connect with difficulty, band is now showing standard time app shows DST what did you guys do.

Sorry @Sidy as your fellow Fitbit users, we didn't do anything.
I see you mention update. Is this an update to your Charge's firmware? We are in the Charge hardware board.
Or could it be an update to the Fitbit app on an unknown device.
Or did your phone/pc get an update,
