According to my FitBit, I haven’t earned any lifetime climb badges. But yesterday, I climbed 50 floors. Is there a way to get those badges activated on my account? My mom has tons of the climb badges, so I know it’s possible. Thanks!!

Let me help you with your missing Floor badges on your account. Where are you viewing these badges? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? Have you tried viewing your badges on a different platform (from example the app if you are using the website or viceversa)?
