Lines on Charge 3 Screen

Just like so many of you I have lines on my Fitbit charge 3. I have tried all the “fixes” in these threads and nothing is working. This is disappointing. Clearly there is an issue here. So many people are posting the same problem.

@Ltanderson7 @Jean25brian It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 screen aren't working as they should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. @Ltanderson7 I have created a new ticket with our Support team so you will get an email from them. @Jean25brian I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please work with the team to find a solution.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello, I have the same problem with my charge 3 which is less than a year old as well. Too many horizontal lines on the screen affecting display. I have tried to troubleshoot using the steps mentioned on other answers - restart, change clock face, etc but that doesn't seem to help. Please help. Thank you!

Hi! I am having the exact same issue. I did a live chat with a service rep and she said the update would fix it but it hasn't. Update complete, lines still there. Now, the live chat is "following a different trail".

Yes - I tried to reach out to someone on Live chat as well and saw the same 'following a different trail' page.

How do I get a ticket thing raised?!

Ive had lines for over a month and I keep getting more to the point of it’s difficult to read the screen.
I’ve had the Fitbit a little over a year and really enjoy using it.

I have tried the trouble shoots as mentioned but having no luck fixing it.

Help. Please.

I am having the same issues and have not found a fix for it in the threads either. I updated the firmware and still am finding that the screen is predominately covered with the lines. Disappointing as I have had it less than a year and used it to replace another Fitbit product that had died after a few years.

I also have had this issue which has not resolved through resetting and changing the clock face. I have previously had issues with my fitbit for the screen not working properly.
