It's been a while since i had got the first black line on the screen. I thought it was a small glitch and would go over time. It's been a 3 months the line have increased from 1 to 3. Also the colour on the bottom on the screen has changed. Like it has burnt out. Idk how to go about with it. I've tried everything right from changing clock da

I have the same problem- I can’t distinguish 5 from 6 because there are black lines on top of the screen. I’ve only had it for ten months (Christmas gift)

I am on my 3rd Charge 3 for exactly the same issue. Fitbit were great at replacing the screen on 2 occasions, however I am now out of warranty and this latest screen is 7 months old.

contact Fitbit, they should replace it for you.

Thanks! I was hoping it was a reset button type fix. I’ll call them now
