Logging weight.....no comma possible

After the last update can't log weight with a comma. Anyone else?

Hey there @Petervandijk, thanks for stopping by! You need to use a decimal point, not a comma. 

If you have issues when trying to update your weight on the app, I recommend changing your weight directly from a computer since there you can use the point. You can also double check if your Fitbit was properly updated to the latest version, click here for Android (2.61) and here for iOS (2.42).

Hi, I have the latent version for IOS. I can't select a point for logging my weight in the app. Via the computer is nu problem.

Thanks for getting back @Petervandijk. Hmmm.... mine is working and I'm on iOS. Let's try the following:

• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit app

Hey there @Petervandijk, thanks for following my suggestions. Can you please attach me a picture of your keyboard? So I can see what you're getting when trying to log your weight? 

In the meantime, I'd suggest logging it on your computer instead.

Hi, here a screenshot of the keyboard. When I press the globe (bottom left) I can't go to my regular keyboard. For now I am using the computer for entering my weight.

I tried the suggestion with signing out from FitBit app, turn off Bluetooth, turn of phone (iPhone) - and back on again after a few minutes.

Same result. Keyboard shows . , but entry in weight log only accepts , (comma).

Suggestion to use PC is OK when I am at home, but I travel a lot, so.....Why is app not updated?
