I've had three instances in the last week of losing data after I have synced the data. Lost over 10,000 steps one day, over 15,000 another day and even though I had workouts on these three days it will not show in days of exercise. I'm up to date on app version so I don't quite get what the deal is.

Hi, I don't have the problem of losing info. But my charge 2 doesn't sync with my tellie. Sometimes have to try more times. But today that doesn't work either.
