Lost Exercises on Charge 3

When I go to the Exercise menu on the Charge 3 - it reads as Run, Pilates, Pilates, Pilates, Pilates, Pilates. My first day with the Charge3 all was fine. My second day, the Pilates problem. The app on my phone does list the Exercise Shortcuts correctly, but not on the Charge3 device. Frustrating as I want Biking available and auto recognize doesn't map the route with GPS so I need the exercise option. How does this get fixed?

Solved:

I called Fitbit and solved the problem. I wound up restarting the Charge3, then deleting all of the exercises, re-syncing, then adding the exercises I wanted and re-synced again.
