Went for a walk, strava recorded it as 8.44 miles, Fitbit charge said over 23000 steps. Took off for shower, came back and now saying just over 18000. How did I lose 5000 steps? I walked slightly shorter route yesterday and clicked up 24000 steps. Something is not right. Had this happen a couple of weeks ago and when I messaged Fitbit they said it was my fault for not syncing!!

@SunsetRunner Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your missing steps. Do you have any third party app linked to your account? Or have you manually logged any activities? These scenarios may overwrite the data recorded by your tracker. Also I couldn't find any ticket under your email, could you pm me the case number you got when you contacted them?

I look forward to your reply.
