Welcome to our Community @SunsetRunner! Thanks for joining us! I'd like you to know that your account uses the currently battery life (as of the last sync) as a reference to determine what your battery life is. Therefore, your account can't estimate where your battery is because each individual moves through a battery cycle differently dependent on their usage.
Hope this helps, have a great day!

Hey there @SunsetRunner that's right sweetie! Just keep in mind that to receive the low battery notification you'd have to synced your tracker with your Dashboard and the battery needs to be lower than 20% so you get the notification.
Welcome to our Community @Jax1965! Hope you're doing great! Why don't you try following the tips and steps @EmersonFitbit provide in this thread? These steps can help you maximize the battery life on your tracker.
Hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

I set my low battery notification to 'text alert', and unchecked 'email' (because text would be much easier). This morning my fitbit was dead. I did not get a text alert. I sync several times a day.
So...why didn't I get the notification, and how can I get it? Also, I've been checking around the website and my settings and I don't even see an area to enter my cell number...

Any response to this? I have email checked but never receive (well anymore) low battery emails and I sync too.

Hello there @Jax1965, @zipnotsozippy, @PaulaPie and welcome aboard to our Community @Sharondee. I have to offer you an apology since there has not been posted any recent update about your concerns. So let me step in and provide a few suggestions.
I'm gonna start addressing the low battery Notifications. These notifications are sent when the battery has reach below 25% of charge. However it may vary since it require your tracker has active the option of "Sync all Day" to maintain a constant connection between the app and the tracker so you received the battery notification. This option can be found on your Account tab > and tapping your tracker's tile; if it is on iOS or if you are using Android, by tapping the tracker's tile of the main screen. Also its worth to mention the bluetooth has to be active too to maintain the connection. Only through this way your app will know your battery is low and will be able to send the notifications.
I saw some of you are also experiencing short battery life. It might be also a reason why you are not getting low battery notifications, but I'm just guessing. For this type of issues I'd recommend to take a look at @EmersonFitbit's post for tips to improve the battery life as was mentioned before by @MeylinP. If this suggestions are not improving the battery life, please approach to our Support Team for additional help. Just let them know the steps you have taken and optionally you can check out Returns & Warranty in case you need it.
Let me know how it goes, I'll be round in case you need more help.

My Charge 3 has sync all day - and even when the app is showing battery below 25% I have never rec'd an email notification. I have looked at various posts - and find no answers to this question. Hope someone can help. I had rec'd notification on my Charge 2. In addition, it would be most helpful if there could be a text and even better a notification on the Fitbit - but would be happy w/ any notification at all. Thank you.
