Hi all,
Hope everyone is staying safe!
I’m making a way through a claim for a new band. I’ve entered my address where it says zip code (I’m in the uk) and it’s saying please enter numeric value!
cant progress without entering my postcode!
Reach out to customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends, if you're in the USA. The phone number to call from the UK is: 0800 069 8505. Operation hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm. If you're not in the USA or if you prefer an online chat or email, then click for contact options
Best AnswerI found a way around this error.
I entered my address as accurately as possibly in the other fields. For the postcode field I entered only the numbers from my postcode, 3 characters this was.
This allowed me to hit proceed and following that the site gave a prompt with a suggestion for my address as it should be with the correct postcode! I could then confirm and file the claim.
hope this helps
I have same problem ( im from Slovakia). When I enter the address everything fits except the postal code. I also wrote in support, but they didn't help me. Can you help me ?
Best AnswerJust in case anyone runs into this like I did, here is how I got it working:
I was trying to enter my postcode "11854" and the system was not accepting it, it was saying that the field is required (even if I had entered it!)
Adding a space fixed it. I entered "118 54" and the system accepted it and I was able to complete my order.

Hello @KostasP, @arjenulrich. Welcome to the community forums!
Thank you very much for your great inputs! I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
See you around.
THIS is just really bad coding. Get it right. Not every country uses spaces in their postal codes.
If I enter a country and a "state" the form of the postal cod just could not matter at al.
