I used to see a map and my pace for each km after have done a walk. This is no longer showing even if I'm walking with my mobile and link the Fitbit to GPS. I'm still getting notifications while running. How can I see the history after a walk?

@Markev , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
If you use the Fitbit app to record a Hike, Walk or Run (MobileRun) You won't see the distance or pace on the summary of your activity after syncing it.
If you use the Charge 4 with Connected GPS (GPS from cell phone) .
To see you recordings, just sync the Charge 4 with your mobile device.
Hope this helps.

Thanks Juan for your reply. For nearly 12 months the map and pace per kilometre were displayed following a sync. In the past fortnight the map and pace do not display after a sync. The Fitbit recognises I have walked and it gives a time taken and other basic info but not the map (& therefore no distance and breakdown of time taken per kilometre. I have experimented with the GPS on various settings eg dynamic -all to no avail.

@Markev , Thank you for your reply.
Please make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app version.
We released a new version a few days ago.
Make sure after the installation that it is allowed to run on the background.
Try using connected GPS on the Charge 4 when recording your runs, and only have the Fitbit app open on your phone.
Hope this helps
