Map and distance only half-correct

On my old phone my running maps and times were recorded accurately. Since I moved to a new (better and more powerful) phone, the map only records the first few seconds of my run and the app only records about three quarters of the distance, and miscalculates the splits. But the heart rate record is good. Please help! Screenshot_2019-05-25-10-36-03-582_com.fitbit.FitbitMobile.png

Your heart rate is recorded by your Charge 2. Your GPS as you say is recorded through your Fitbit app, not the Charge 2.

The break in tracking because of a loss of a GPS lock.

BTW what type of phone is this with?

Thanks. The GPS is good on this phone and I am on a route I have done many times before with a clear GPS signal, so I don't understand. The phone is a Pocophone F1.

Are you using the Charge 2 to record run. Ie: start the recording from the wrist.

Or do you start the recon ding through the Fitbit app on the phone?
