Map not showing after walk

So up until yesterday my map was showing after a walk. Now only the steps, distance, pace etc showing but not the map. Any idea why this is happening? I e tried deleting the app and reinstalling and also on the Fitbit web version still not showing

@81Tracy It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your missing map and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You could try logging out from the app (not uninstall it) and restart your phone then log back in. It is odd that it isn't showing on the website too. I would also suggest you try recording a new GPS activity and see how it behaves now that you have tried the troubleshoots.
