I use mapmyrun.com and when I run my casual go-to 4 mile route, my Fitbit will say I have run 6 miles which is inaccurate. How do I get this fixed?

@1994aap Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your distance calculation. Your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this.
