Missing Pixels on Charge 2 screen

Does any one else have missing pixels running across their screen seems like it has a strike through it

looks like that but since its a black screen with white font the strike through is black on the scree.

@AlvaroFitbit I have tried restarting it already and nothing the pixels are still missing Smiley Sad

I will assist you with your Charge 2 screen. Have you tried the restart mentioned in my first post? If you haven't then please give it a try.

I have restarted many times but same result. I don't want to buy another fitbit as this us the second one in under 2 years

Mine is doing the exact same thing. This is my 3rd one and it seems to start having problems a few months after the warranty expires. If anyone has found a fix please let me know.

I have the same issue...

 

The top line of the time is missing?

 

I have reset it 3 times but nothing has worked.

I have only had the charge 2 since December..

What shall I do now?
