I have lost my steps from the dashboard, there is no tile available for steps anymore. Have tried to reset several times but cannot get the charge 2 to sync now. I have uninstalled the app several times but the dashboard never brings the steps icon back.

@KS1019 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! When the steps icon doesn't show it is usually because you removed the tracker from the account. Try setting it up by following these instructions. It could also be that the tile was removed by accident so you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap the edit button to add the tile again.

@KS1019 sorry for the delay in my response. If you are having difficulties setting up your Charge 2 then restart it by doing the following:
Plug the charging cable to your computer or UL certified wall adapter.
Align the contacts of the tracker with the charging cable and plug it in making sure it snaps securely.
Your tracker should start charging.
Press the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
You should see your tracker's firmware version and you can now unplug your tracker.
Restart your phone and retry the setup. Make sure that the tracker is fully charged.

It is not an option to add the step counter when you scroll below

I had the same issue with my Charge 2, the Steps Tile was completely missing (because I had removed it at some point) but when I scrolled below to re-add it, it was missing. I got it back though; iOS: I disconnected my Charge 2 from Bluetooth, then I deleted the app, next I reinstalled the it from the App Store, lastly I logged in and the option to add the Steps Tile back was there and I re-added it. Every once in a while with iOS you have to delete and reinstall an app in order for it to work properly again.
