Missing data from Charge 2 on Fitbit account

My tracker has lost active minutes today and other data. This morning it said I had done 102 active minutes (which is accurate), however it now says 21 minutes and the steps per hour section says 1/9 hours which should be 9/9. I have tried to restart my tracker however made no difference.

Let me help you with your missing data on your account and thank you for restarting your device. This is odd. Did you logged any activities on your account? Or do you have any third party apps linked to your account? The app could logged an activity and this may negate data recorded by your tracker. Also how often do you sync your tracker? If you don't sync it frequently then the date may be incorrect so at the time you sync your tracker the data recorded could have been assigned to the incorrect date. If these aren't the reason for your data loss then you can manually log an activity to have a record on your account. Since you restarted your device just check how it behaves for the following days.

Let me know how it goes.

  • Hi. I use my tracker and Strava. Like I said the data got synced the disappeared. If I look on my exercise history it says walk which was 1hr 45min all in fat burn + bpm and counts 0 towards my active minutes. I sync to the app more or less all the time as my Bluetooth is always on. The data still hasn’t come back which is really frustrating
