This AM my charge 2 app on phone synched but lost all data since Oct 2017 to June 16 2019. Reinstalled app 2x, forced stop, reset blue tooth, restarted fitbit (i think). Has been set on all day sync. Worked when checked last week. Ideas?

Let me help you with your missing information. This sounds as if you cretaed a new account which would explain why you don't see your data. Please verify the email address used on your current account and check which email address used to receive your Fitbit account notificatoins (notifications, offers, weekly reports). Also please share a screenshot of your account on your app and the activities area.
