I plugged my Fitbit into its charger last night and the battery showed up like normal. However this morning I couldn’t turn my Fitbit on, the screen just blank and unresponsive. I placed it back on the charger and also got no response. I tried to reboot it as well but still nothing. Any ideas on what the problem is?

@Elizv Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This could be a charging issue so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
Let me know how it goes.

Okay, I cleaned it well with rubbing alcohol and plugged it into two different computers and tried different outlets and adapters and still have no response from it.

I'm having the same issue and I followed the advice above with no results. It worked fine yesterday tracking my workout and I took a nap late in the afternoon and woke up to find it not working. I plugged it in and it will not sync with my app and nothing comes up on the screen although the green lights on the back continue to blink when it comes off of the charger

I think it's worth mentioning that my device is less than one year old

I’m having the same issue too and have tried everything you mentioned.
