My wife’s Fitbit Charge 2 didn’t reset at midnight last night and I contacted Fitbit. It seems they have had a few similar complaints. It I’d down to the British Summer Time clocks going forward 1hour which ‘confused’ the Fitbit’s internal clock? I reset it using the suggested method but it will not reset the data until midnight tonight. Hope this helps?

@Cilmob It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
I will gladly assist you with this. As @TonyTheGator has explained this may happen when there is a change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes). You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
Let me know how it goes.
