Hey everyone! I haven't worn my FitBit for a few weeks and decided to charge it up and wear it while going for a run today. It successfully tracked the length of my run and calories burnt, but as soon as I finished and checked its home screen, it said that I had taken zero steps, burnt no calories, and had no heart rate. It's fully updated so I thought that it might smarten up once I opened the app, but the same thing happened there - no data at all. To make it even weirder, it looks like it put all my workout data from today onto yesterday, if that makes sense (now it looks like I worked out yesterday instead of today). I've tried force restarting the FitBit, deleting the app, turning Bluetooth off and on again, disconnecting the FitBit from my account, etc. It's not old at all - only two years and I take good care of it. I need some help, as this has never happened before and I'm scared that there's something really wrong.

Hi there @BrokenBatWings, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.
Thanks for the details provided about your data not being synced and for taking the time to troubleshoot this prior to contacting us. I'm here to help you.
What happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it again.
If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: Can I add and activity manually to my Fitbit account?
Additionally, I recommend you to take a look at: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to get more information about how your Charge 3 syncs.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
