Yesterday i was active; outdoor walk twice and biking. At first my Fitbit updates my activity (250 steps per hour, active minutes, steps, etc...).
and a couple houdt later al t steps and activity was gone.
the weird thing is, is that my ‘workouts’ are stil in the ‘trainings’... so it is registered somewhere. But the calories are To low to See it as a workout.
i am lost... what happend??
how can i get it back?

Hello @ThessaT, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm here to help you.
We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Charge 3. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.
If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. To get more information about this, check the article: Can I add an activity manually to my Fitbit account?
Additionally, it'd be great to take a look at: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? to get more information about how your Charge 3 syncs. I recommend making sure that your tracker is constantly syncing (to transfer all your data) and that it's not having syncing difficulties as this may cause data lost.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
